Kanha National Park Is So Beautiful

Kanha National Park is one of the Wildlife Park in India. Kanha National Park is located in Mandla district in the State of Madhya Pradesh, central India, and extends over 316 square kilometers of the central plateau, at an altitude of 600 m up to 3,000 feet. Banjar Valley Sanctuary in 1935, it became a national park in 1955 and expanded in 1964. This is an area of grassland, forest and bamboo forest of sal which supports 22 different types of mammals, including Tiger, Leopard, chital, sambar (deer are large, long-tailed) and barasingha (swamp deer), and around 200 species of birds.

The Park was originally established as a wildlife sanctuary in 1935. Kanha National Park was established to protect wild species, Kanha is home to about 22 species of mammals and nearly 300 species of birds and the highest there is. The tiger was found in the Park.

Kanha National Park's main attractions are Tiger, Gaur, Sambar, Chital, Barasingha, Chousihgha, Barking Deer, Nilgai, Mouse Deer, Jackal, Sloth Bear, Fox, Coyote, Porcupine, Jungle Cat, Python, etc. also you can see here. It is said that the population of tigers is 48 in 1976 and is now estimated at 100. Here it is estimated that there are 8,600 bird species around the world and this is more than 1,200, or approximately 14%, can be found on the continent of India.

The Museum is located at Kanha in the Park. In the museum, the visitor can find lots of information on the Park map topography, various animals, pug marks etc.

Raja Rani: near the visitors center you can see the stumps of two giant sal tree is worshiped every day in the Woods. Known as the King of Rani, these trees had lived in Kanha National Park.

From November to December and February to June is the best month to visit the Kanha National Park.

How to get to Kanha National Park?

By Air:

Jabalpur is the nearest airport while nearest airport Nagpur is comfortable. daily flights are available in major cities in India. daily flights Delhi-Nagpur and Mumbai-Nagpur India Airlines operate.
With Train:
